Croeso Cynnes Cymreig - A Warm Welsh Welcome
We completed all three sections of this award, given by Visit Wales the tourist board for Wales.
Croeso Cynnes: This involved completing a training programme that sets out to ensure visitors get the warm welcome they deserve and that it is delivered in a distinctly Welsh way.
Croeso i Gymru: This concentrates on giving a real "Sense of Place" for visitors. In each bedroom we have placed a folder called "Swansea past and present" It gives details of the long history of Swansea, famous people from the area, local folk tales, traditional recipes, local attractions and lots more. We have also displays of local art and crafts and some for sale and lots and lots of local information for you to make the most of your stay in Swansea.
Croeso Cymraeg: This award ensures that you will see and hear a little welsh during your visit.
